Suggested Use: 2 capsules daily; take 1 capsule 2 times a day in the middle of a

Sahana is meant to be taken throughout the month not just during PMS
and menses, to help achieve balance throughout the month. After taking
Sahana for 3 months, discontinue use for two weeks after your period.
